Instructions for filling the Private Examination Form

  • The schedule for the Online Submission of Examination Application Forms and Fees for the Private Candidates for
    a) B.A. Part-II and PG courses Part-II for April-June 2021 is as under:
    i. 01/01/2021 - 05/05/2021 (with normal fee)
    ii. 18/05/2021 - 15/06/2021 (with normal fee)
    iii. 22/06/2021 - 30/06/2021 (with normal fee)
    b) B.A. Part-I and B.Com Part-I & II, PG courses Part-I for April-June 2021 is as under:
    i. 20/10/2020 - 31/01/2021 (with normal fee)
    ii. 01/02/2021 - 15/02/2021 (with late fees of Rs. 500/-)
    iii. 16/02/2021 - 28/02/2021 (with late fees of Rs. 1000/-)
    iv. 24/03/2021 - 15/04/2021 (with late fees of Rs. 2000/-)
    v. 20/04/2021 - 05/05/2021 (with late fees of Rs. 3000/-)
    vi. 18/05/2021 - 15/06/2021 (with late fees of Rs. 3000/-)
    vii. 22/06/2021 - 30/06/2021 (with late fees of Rs. 4000/-)
    NOTE: Candidate of B.A. Part-III and B.Com. Part-III will apply offline with late fee of Rs. 4000/-
  • Before filling the form, please read carefully about eligibility criteria, examinations schedule, rules for private candidates and fee details available on the University Website (http://www.kuk.ac.in)
    The students shall have to fill online examination form and also upload the photographs, signature and thumb impression.Therefore, before applying, the candidates must have scanned copies (image size: 10 KB-20 KB) of the following:
    a. Photo
    b. Signature
    c. Thumb Impression
    d. DMC of last qualifying Exam
    e. Migration Certificate
    f. Domicile No. and Date
    g. Supporting document for the Capacity under which you are applying as a private candidate for e.g.
    i. Caste Certificate for SC/ST,
    ii. NOC from the employer in case of ‘Serving Military Personnel’ and ‘KUK Employee’
    iii. Physical Disability Certificate for physically handicapped candidates.
    iv. Any supporting document for Ex-Defense servicemen etc.
  • Kindly submit the system generated hard copy (print out) of the form along with the requisite documents to the following:
    The Incharge, Examination Enquiry, Kurukshetra University, Kurukshetra.
  • The private candidates shall have to do one time registration (in first year) on the university's online examination portal in order to apply for the online submission of examination form and fee. The already registered candidates are advised not to register again with different email id (s) otherwise their roll numbers may get changed from the previous years leading to discrepancies in their results.
  • The candidates are advised to retain the same email ID and mobile number throughout the session or course as all important correspondences shall be done using the same email ID and mobile Number. If a candidate forgets his/her email ID or password; then follow these steps to recover the same:
    Go to Login --> Click on Forgot UserID / Password.
    The email Id and password will be sent to his/her registered mobile number. If the student is still unable to retrieve the User Id and Password, then, he/she may send his/her request with full details on the email ID onlinepvt@kuk.ac.in.
  • Details of examination fees for all the courses are available at Fee Details link at university's website (http://www.kuk.ac.in)
  • Fee must have to be paid online through the online examination portal by the method of
    Net Banking
  • The private candidates applying through online mode must submit their examination fees through the online examination portal only; after which the form will be considered successfully submitted to the University.

  • PLEASE NOTE:
    1. Private candidates may also contact their concerned Result Branches/Online Enquiry Counter for any changes after final submission of examination form. In such cases, Correction Form for Online Private Students (Annexure-I), placed on the online examination portal at Important Notifications or Letters had to be filled and submitted by the candidate at the

    2. For resolution of any online fee related issues, the private candidates shall fill the Fee Reconciliation Form for Private Students (Annexure-II) placed on the online examination portal at Important Notifications or Letters and submit the same at the

  • The Admit Cards shall be made available only to the eligible private candidates who can obtain the same through their student’s login by entering user ID and password. Therefore, the candidates are strictly advised to retain their mobile no.(s), user ID and passwords.
  • The private candidates applying their examination forms through online mode re advised to regularly keep in touch with the University website i.e. www.kuk.ac.in and the online examination portal for latest updates regarding Date-Sheets, Admit Cards, Examination Centres and other information etc., if any.
  • The unpaid online examination form for private students shall not be considered ‘Submitted’ to the university.
  • University reserves the right to create or abolish any examination Centre at any stage.
  • The field of NAD ID is not compulsory for the private candidates. However, the field of NAD ID is required to avail the benefits of National Academic Depository (NAD). For more details click on ‘Create NAD ID’ in the form.
  • A candidate applying through the online mode is also strictly advised to submit the hard copy of the system generated online form i.e. print out of .PDF copy along with the requisite documents to the concerned result branches of the University well in time without which the University shall not check the eligibility of the students and in no case shall issue the admit cards.
